AES has worked and surveyed several vendors during the
concept development, preliminary design and completion of the design stages to
improve the fabrication process, quality and to meet ABS regulations with the
highest industry standards.
There are limited pioneer Companies in the World with the
offshore industry experience and skillsets to fabricate the required large
number of components with the highest quality, ABS advised procedures and also
within a given short time frame.
During the execution of the Project, AES carefully selected Vendors in early stages of design and prototype fabrication AES studied the logistics and schedule in order to meet the Global Fabrication demanding needs and then awarded Companies such as Salzgitter Mannesmann International, Officine Nicola Galperti e Figlio, Trelleborg. ABCO and Reinert Ritz GmbH considering the high quantity, 268 joint assemblies and 134 Y-Piece steel bodies to be delivered to commence the installation.
